Bug in Length of filename in cfmailparam?

Can anyone acknowledge the following behaviour with the cfmailparam file tag in ColdFusion 8. When the filename of the attachment is longer or equals 32 characters you get a *.TMP file with the mail and not the original name?? It actually is the correct file, just not the correct name of the file.

Is this a bug or something i'm overlooking?
