How to test your site from differenti countries?

I was wondering if there is such a tool? To test your site coming from different countries based on the IP address. We are currently working on a worldwide website (nice name) and have different settings based on the country. Because we know some people abroad we can test the site through them but it's not that friendly to ask them each and everytime when we want to test some functionality

Does anybody know such a tool??

One way is to google for page which contains free proxies from different countries. This way you will definetely check out the way your home page looks like in some specific country e.g. USA, Germany, Sweden etc... The down side of this method is that these proxies are usually slow and you need to test one by one typing in your url manually.
