How to test your site from differenti countries?

I was wondering if there is such a tool? To test your site coming from different countries based on the IP address. We are currently working on a worldwide website (nice name) and have different settings based on the country. Because we know some people abroad we can test the site through them but it's not that friendly to ask them each and everytime when we want to test some functionality

Does anybody know such a tool??

I use the webservice from maxmind http://www.maxmind.com/app/ip-location and that works great.

Thanks for the suggestion!!

Wow, great post, I never realized there was a solution for this problem. With the global nature of the developer community, I'm sure more resources will be created.
